Payment Methods

We offer you several different payment methods, including card payments, PayPal payments, Klarna free-of-charge statements (limited to Denmark, Norway, and Germany), Klarna part payment (limited to Denmark, Norway, and Germany) and direct online bank (limited to Denmark, Norway and Germany).

Different payment methods are described below.

Card payment

You can pay your order securely using your payment card (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, debit card), as long as it supports online payments.

PayPal

You can pay your order using PayPal. Simply choose “Choose another payment method” on our checkout page and pick PayPal.

Statement without extra costs

You can order from us and have a statement sent to you free of charge. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from Klarna to your specified email account. You can first get familiar with our products and then pay the statement – free of extra charge.

To order with a statement you will need to provide your person number for Klarna’s verification purposes.

Please note that ordering with statement is currently limited to Denmark, Norway and Germany.

Part payment with extended due date

Klarna often provides campaigns which you can utilize to have an extended due date for your purchases. You can see the possible current campaigns on our checkout page.

Part payment

You can pay your order within several smaller portions suitable to your needs.

To order with a part payment you will need to provide your person number for Klarna’s verification purposes.

Please note that part payment is currently limited to Denmark, Norway and Germany.

Pay directly with your online bank

You can pay your order in a safe manner directly using your online bank.

Please note that paying with online bank is currently limited to Denmark, Norway and Germany.

Do I need to fill my person number?

When creating an order, you might be asked for your person number by Klarna. Your person number is used for identification, so we can make your ordering easier by filling your address information and by providing you as many payment methods as possible together with Klarna.

Your person number is only visible to Klarna and we (Klipsutin) do not see nor store your person number.

You don’t need to fill your person number to make an order from us. Some of the payment methods are not available without a person number validation. If you don’t want to fill your person number, simply choose “skip” when asked for it.

Please note that your person number is safely passed to Klarna only. We do not see your person number at any time.

Have you received your goods but not the statement?

If you picked statement or part payment as your payment method, you will receive an email from Klarna to your email account as soon as we have shipped your order. If you have already received your shipment but you have not received an email from Klarna, it might be that it hasn’t reached you. The most common reason for this is that the email has ended up in your email account spam folder. We recommend you to check your email account spam folder. It could also be that there has been some other issue with sending the email.

A problem opening the statement or making the payment?

If you have received your statement to your email but are unable to open it, or you experience some other difficulties with it, we recommend you to contact Klarna’s customer service.
