We offer several payment methods including card payments, PayPal payments, Klarna free-of-charge statements (limited to selected countries), Klarna part payment (limited to selected countries) and direct online bank (limited to selected countries).
You can pay your order securely using your payment card (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, debit card), as long as it supports online payments.

You can order from us and have a statement sent to you free of charge. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from Klarna to your specified email account. You can first get familiar with our products and then pay the statement – free of extra charge. Please note that ordering with statement is currently limited to selected countries.

You can pay your order in a safely manner directly using your online bank. Please note that paying with online bank is currently limited to selected countries.
We ship your orders utilizing Finnish Posti and its international mail delivery partners.
Orders are usually delivered directly to your home door with your daily mail delivery. These orders do not have a tracking possibility. Bigger orders are delivered as a trackable parcel to your home, or in some cases, to the nearest pick-up location.
All consumer orders are delivered with a flat price of 2.90 euros.
We ship our products from our workshop in Hyvinkää, Finland. The delivery time of your order depends on your location.
The usual delivery time is 5-7 working days. Due to the global pandemic, there may be delays that we can not affect.
Ordering to Norway
Our company is part of the Norwegian VOEC (VAT On E-Commerce) tax system. All our prices in the online store already include VAT. When you order in our online store, you pay VAT on the purchase and you do not have to pay VAT or customs fees after you have placed your order.

Return and exchange policy
As a consumer, you have a right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days since you have received your order. After informing us about your willingness to return your goods, you have fourteen (14) days to return the goods with the original gift box it was delivered with. The items you want to return have to be in the same condition as they were sold to you.
If you would like to change or return your product, we kindly ask you to contact us beforehand. This allows us to offer you the most suitable alternative according to your needs.
If you have decided that you want to return your goods back to us, kindly send the goods using a similar shipping package that you received it originally if possible. Kindly also include the packaging slip that was sent to you. The fee for returning the goods are covered by the customer, unless otherwise agreed beforehand. The amount of fees for returning the goods depends on the number and weight of the products.

Once we have received your return, you will be refunded your payment during 14 days.
We grant a warranty for quality to all our products. If something has happened to your product, or you are wondering about something, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Prices Shown on Our Website
An agreement of ordering a product is made according to the current presented prices. Price exceptions (such as special offers) are shown on the product listing on our website or on the product pages.
We reserve the right for price changes at any times without separate notification. Price changes apply only to the orders that are created after the price changes.
We reserve the right to cancel the shipping of undelivered products, if there has been an obvious pricing mistake concerning these products on our website.
Creating an account during the ordering process is completely voluntary. By registering, however, you can for example view your current and past orders.
